Position Overview: As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer transactions and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
4. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
5. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store environment.
6. Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
7. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
8. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
