Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently; occasional up to 50 pounds.
• MINIMUM of two shifts weekly and two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships.
