Temporary Remote Customer Support Representative, Professional Services

Join us for the Temporary Remote Customer Support Representative, Professional Services role at American Heart Association.

The American Heart Association offers a great opportunity for a Temporary Remote Customer Support Representative, Professional Services (Preferred location: DFW area).

  • Salary: $20.00/hour
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Training: July 7 through October 3, 2025 (may be extended)
  • Equipment: Provided on first day (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset)
  • Shift: Starting as early as 7:45 am CST to as late as 6 pm
Daily Scope of Work

The Client Support Specialist, Professional Services will provide tier I technical support via inbound calls and emails, recording outcomes in CRM/Microsoft Dynamics. Training will cover system navigation, troubleshooting, and data entry. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on projects.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding ECC and CPR training products and systems, providing timely, accurate information.
  • Assist students and instructors with proprietary applications, escalating issues when necessary, and responding promptly to email inquiries.
  • Update customer records, document interactions, and record sales and problem resolutions accurately in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on course and product updates, collaborating with sales to ensure consistent, timely responses.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in customer service or call center environments; 2 years in technical support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in internet navigation and multiple applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
