• Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per their ISP
• Advise supervisor of all concerns and issues related to the provision of nursing services
• Create and distribute medical/health reports detailing general health, health care goals, and physician recommendations
• Conduct programmatic trainings including medication administration and delegation

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states. We are now hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse in Queens, NY. The Registered Nurse delivers care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing. This temporary position will also support our Brooklyn and Manhattan regions.
