Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary position in Illinois. The role offers an hourly rate of $48 and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional earlier starts for med watches or appointments.

In this role you will assess and monitor all aspects of care, coordinate with medical and behavioral teams, and ensure proper documentation and medication administration following Mosaic policies and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN or the degree required by State and agency definitions.
• Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required.
• State nursing license required.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with community healthcare providers to deliver quality care.
• Coordinate and oversee healthcare appointments with follow-ups.
• Educate Direct Support Team to administer medications per Mosaic policies.
• Maintain medical records and document delegation of nursing tasks.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with community healthcare service providers, nutrition services, and behavior specialists to provide individuals served with quality care.
• Coordinate and oversee all healthcare appointments including appropriate follow-ups.
• Educate and enable the Direct Support Team to administer medications and perform other tasks according to Mosaic policies and state licensing requirements.
• Maintain and review medical records of individuals served to monitor pertinent concerns and provide documentation detailing the delegation of healthcare procedures and nursing tasks.
