Job summary

TEAM Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed therapists and provide exceptional patient care in a busy California clinic.

This temporary role runs September 2026 through December 2026, averaging 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including greeting patients, demonstrating exercises, preparing equipment, and handling administrative tasks. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and committed to patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ability to follow directions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and establish a positive connection.
• Demonstrate exercise.
• Organize, prepare equipment, and clean treatment areas as necessary.
• Prepare pre-treatment heat and ice packs when necessary.
• Prepare patient binders for home exercise including photos.
• Perform administrative tasks.
