Job summary

TEAM Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed therapists and provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This temporary role runs from September 2026 through December 2026, with a 40-hour workweek, and includes responsibilities such as greeting patients, demonstrating exercises, preparing equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
• Experience with standard office equipment and MS Office.
• Verbal and written communication with coworkers and patients.
• Detail oriented, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to learn specialized software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and establish a positive connection.
• Demonstrate exercise to patients.
• Organize, prepare equipment, and clean treatment areas as necessary.
• Prepare pre-treatment heat and ice packs when necessary.
• Prepare patient binders for home exercise including photos.
• Perform administrative tasks.
