This is a short-term position expected to last approximately 30 days. We are seeking an experienced leader to provide immediate, on-the-ground support during a critical implementation period.
The Director of Programs will lead the implementation of Ampact Programs, ensuring all stakeholders have an exceptional experience and the program is making an impact for program participants. This position will be responsible for providing on-the-ground leadership for program implementation and work collaboratively with the Director of Florida to launch programs in new regions and in new communities. This position will supervise additional program staff as allocated. This position will observe confidentiality of all member, program and organizational information.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 5+ years in program management, preferably in non-profit or AmeriCorps; experience in partnership building, supervision, and managing multiple priorities; strong communication and leadership skills; proficiency with MS Office and ability to travel locally.
Must be able to travel, communicate effectively, and transport moderately heavy objects.
