Job summary

BG Products, Inc. in El Dorado, KS is seeking temporary production workers to support our manufacturing lines.

This temporary full-time role offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour with a schedule Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM and Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM; opportunities for growth exist but permanent employment and benefits are not guaranteed.

You will assist with daily operations, pack finished products, lift and move boxes, support changeovers, keep area clean, and follow safety and quality guidelines.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Stand for the entire duration of the shift
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Lift, bend, twist, and reach as part of regular job duties
• Safely lift boxes and materials as required
