Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and maintain a Minnesota license.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification on hire or within 6 months.
• Pre-employment health screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide person centered care and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Document thoroughly and timely.
• Supervise PT assistants and students as needed.
• Coordinate with patient providers to ensure consistent care.
• Complete daily charges and schedule patients.
• Stay current with continuing education and required trainings.
