Job summary

Kpc Global Medical Centers Inc. seeks a TEMPORARY PER DIEM EVENT STAFF to support our events with high-level guest service. The role involves assisting with setup, serving guests, and maintaining event standards across weddings, private parties and corporate functions.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, able to stand long periods, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and some holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling banquet service is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of guest service at events.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down guest tables, linens and displays at events.
• Stand for extended periods and carry catering trays and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly in a professional manner.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Banquet serving experience is not required but preferred.

Job Description

Our service staff works on a part-time basis throughout the year and are essential team players when it comes to achieving our goals! Special events you can anticipate serving to include, Weddings, Social events such as private parties and corporate affairs. As all our events are unique and meaningful to our clients, we expect our team to provide only the highest level of customer service.

• Ability to follow directions as provided by the Lead Event Staff and Management Team
• Perform set-up and tear down of guest tables (including linens, place settings, etc.) and various food stations & displays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; includes carrying/lifting trays and catering equipment (up to 50lbs)
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with all company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Ability to anticipate guest's needs and responding promptly in a professional manner
• Flexible schedule; includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Banquet serving experience is not required, but preferred
