Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our East Rutherford store. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and promote the membership program to drive sales and store success.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, organizing displays, restocking shelves, and participating in promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Promptly greet and assist customers Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
