Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks a Temporary PACU RN to join a Level I trauma center in the Minneapolis metro area. The role covers postoperative and anesthesia-related nursing care across all ages with 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Responsibilities include post-anesthesia assessments, continuous monitoring, multidisciplinary coordination, and documentation in Epic EMR. Minnesota RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required for credentialing.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license required (state licensure).
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Post-Anesthesia Care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage airway stability in high-acuity postoperative patients.
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and inpatient teams to coordinate care and disposition.
• Deliver care across lifespan from neonates to geriatrics.
• Document using Epic EMR and ensure safe medication administration.
