Temporary Dentist– Rural Family Practice (Palmyra,VA)

Start date: ASAP|Compensation: up to $120/hour (W2 or 1099)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for all ages (composite & amalgam restorations, simple extractions, endo on anteriors/premolars, crown/bridge, removable prosth).
• Diagnose and present treatment clearly to patients; collaborate with hygienists on perio care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes in Dentrix.
• Oversee clinical team to ensure exceptional safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD with active Virginia license and current DEA.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Comfortable working in a high volume, single doctor setting.
• Professionalism, compassion, and a team-first mindset.

Schedule & Term

• Coverage needed immediately; ideal commitment is 4–12 weeks, but shorter blocks or longer associate trials are welcome.
• Office hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm.

Compensation & Perks

• Up to $120/hour (negotiable based on experience & availability).
• Daily minimum guaranteed.
