Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale accurately
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Maintain safety and organizational standards throughout the store
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
