About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Meeting Support Coordinator and help create unforgettable experiences! In this role, you’ll become the go-to expert for managing everything from logistics to vendor negotiations. You're Good At

  • Assisting in planning and executing successful meetings and events
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best services
  • Building user-friendly websites and managing attendee registration
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and team members
  • Organizing materials and supplies while keeping budgets on track

You Might Also Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of meeting or program planning experience
  • Familiarity with registration management systems like Cvent or SignUp4
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Experience working in the travel industry with knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics
  • Pharma experience is a plus!

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Meeting Coordinator is between $55,000 - $65,000 ($26.45/hour - $31.25/hour for 40 hours/week). The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget .
