Qualifications

• General knowledge of HIPAA.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

• Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with clinical staff and doctors.
• Room patients and check vital signs.
• Perform data entry into a medical records system.
• Assist doctors and nurses with procedures.
• Blood draws, EKGs, and vaccine administration.

Connaissances

General Knowledge of HIPAA
