Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Indiana to accurately move, locate, and store materials using a forklift or other powered equipment. The role emphasizes teamwork and prior warehouse/manufacturing experience.

MDT hours are 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Friday, with a $18.50 base pay plus a $1/hr shift differential. Responsibilities include safe operation of certified equipment, picking/packing, paperwork, stocking, courier coordination, and updating the warehouse system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience required.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is required.
• Current forklift certification or the ability to become certified within 30 days required.
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds alone and greater weights in a team-lift environment.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.
• Able to climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safe & efficient operation of power-operated equipment requiring certification.
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment, potentially with a forklift.
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation.
• Restock items not needed short term according to procedures.
• Assist with contacting freight couriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Label and prepare items for shipment and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Update Warehouse Management System with transactions.
• Perform daily safety checklist and battery charging procedures.
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Role Summary
