Job Title: Temporary Painter/Maintenance Worker

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Maintenance Worker to join our team in Conway, SC. This role is responsible for painting, maintaining, and repairing building interiors and exteriors, including walls, doors, and other structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting techniques and general maintenance tasks.

***This position will last about a week. For the right person, they may keep you on in another capacity, or when this job ends, I should have a similar permanent position available that we can send you to after completion.***

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and stains to various surfaces.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities are in good condition.
• Assist with general upkeep, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting and general maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
