Job summary

CCMC’s Junipine property in Sedona, AZ seeks a Maintenance Technician (Temporary) to join its team to maintain the community and support daily operations.

The role is full-time temporary with duties including daily inspections, basic mechanical/electrical tasks, and vendor coordination, plus keeping common areas and grounds clean and safe. HVAC/Pool certifications are a plus and after-hours calls may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building tasks; vendor scheduling and monitoring.
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining the Work Order database.
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management.
