Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Sedona, AZ, is seeking a full-time, temporary Maintenance Technician to support our Junipine property team. The role involves daily inspections, basic repairs, and coordinating with vendors to keep common areas well-maintained and safe.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and after-hours emergencies as needed. HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Standing and movement throughout the day; able to transport oneself around the property.
• Position alternates between indoor and outdoor work with variable climate.

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections & reporting of issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance; vendor scheduling and monitoring.
• Maintenance of common areas and Work Order database.
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas free of debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report safety issues to management.

Maintenance Technician (Temporary) – Junipine (Sedona, AZ)

We are seeking a full-time (Temporary) Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community in Sedona, AZ. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall, maintenance experience is necessary.

Experience

• 1-2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a residential community (Preferred)
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, etc., and response to after-hours emergency calls
• HVAC and Pool Certification is a Plus (Preferred)

Job Duties

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining the Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management.

• Position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and proper lighting to and outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
