FirstService Residential in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to ensure mechanical systems and common areas are well-maintained and safe. The role includes routine inspections, light repairs, and completing daily work orders in a fast-paced building environment.

Pay Rate: $21 - $22/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional emergency on-call
As a Maintenance Staff Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
