FirstService Residential in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to ensure all mechanical systems are operational and common areas are clean, safe and disinfected. You will perform regular maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks as part of daily work orders.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in building trades, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
Pay Rate: $21 - $22/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional emergency on-call
As a Maintenance Staff Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision.
