Job summary

Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, Minnesota, seeks a Maintenance Assistant to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds. Candidate must problem solve, work independently, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly; a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities include basic plumbing and electrical, painting, installation/removal of appliances, equipment assembly, and routine maintenance. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in varying weather and shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practice used in maintenance.
• Knowledge of laws, ordinances, and regulations involved in equipment operation.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Regular house maintenance both inside and outside of the homes
• Other duties assigned from Maintenance Operations

Keystone Bluffs is a 100 bed Assisted Living facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Keystone Bluffs is part of our company, Twin Diamond Operator which has a total of 9 locations located throughout Northern Minnesota. We are dedicated to providing quality care to our residents through compassionate care and assuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus.

Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant. This position will ensure that our buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained and in good order. Qualified candidate must be able to problem solve, work independently, operate power and manual tools, operate light equipment, climb a ladder, lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.

This Position Is Responsible For:
