Reports To: Facilities Director and Business Administrator
Minimum Qualifications:
General Description: T o provide assistance to the facilities department utilizing the above mentioned skills in carrying out maintenance within the school district
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to major and minor repairs to building and grounds consisting of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry repair, HVAC repairs, roofing, mechanical repairs, sheet metal work, glazing, snow plowing, grass cutting, sewage system maintenance, landscaping, moving materials, working with artificial platforms, minor construction and renovation and any other related work directed by the facilities supervisor.

Terms of Employment: Salary and work year to be determined by the contract between the Norwich Board of Education and the Municipal Employees Union "Independent".
