Job summary

Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, is seeking a temporary full-time LPN to join the Health Center team. The assignment is expected to last about 3–4 months with a possible transition to a regular role based on performance.

Day shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, every other weekend. Base pay ranges from $31–$35 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by HumanGood.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN in the state of applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in the health center.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners and maintain accountability for resident care.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Support daily life activities and resident satisfaction through person-directed care.
