Responsibilities

• Perform ILL duties (document delivery and electronic searches; record usage statistics).
• Check-in/check-out of items using manual and automated systems; respond to patron questions.
• Assist patrons with library catalog and audiovisual systems.
• Do routine technical troubleshooting.
• Perform acquisitions duties (ordering, processing, receiving).
• Handle and record money transactions for documents, copies, cards, and fines.
• Maintain a neat, functional, safe library environment.
• Maintain photocopiers (paper, toner, jam clearance).
• Report problems to library staff.
• Process new library materials.
• Sort and distribute departmental mail.
• Process material for mailing.
