Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will demonstrate outstanding coaching and mentoring skills, leading by example to provide personalized customer service and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include cash handling, start and end of day cash reconciliation, and opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience, seeking supervisory experience and a long-term career in prestige beauty. We value diversity and offer career growth, training, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with cash reconciliation and store operations (desirable)
  • Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Experience with point-of-sale software
  • Proof of right to work in the country
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $14.03 to $23.38, depending on experience and location. The position may include a discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and other benefits.
