A leading gaming technology company is seeking an IT Service Management Administrator or Developer for a temporary 6-month position in West Greenwich, RI. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT service management with responsibilities including administering the ITSM platform, assisting with upgrades, and monitoring system performance. This is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment. We seek a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) Administrator or Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience. Experience in an IT service management environment and initiatives. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ITSM instance).
This role is vital for ensuring that our systems operate smoothly, meeting end-user needs, while driving continuous improvement in our IT service management processes.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
