Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages).
• Able to operate and handle hand and power tools used in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cores for impregnation per process sheet or instruction.
• Breaks cores to loosen laminates.
• Removes and replaces mandrels; coats with release agent as needed.
