What does a HR Generalist at Etna do?

You’ll contribute to the success of our hiring and people operations by supporting our recruiting efforts and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll help us find great talent, keep the process running smoothly, and create a welcoming experience for candidates and new hires.

As a HR Generalist you will:

Support recruiting operations.

  • Post and update job openings across internal and external platforms
  • Review resumes and assist with candidate screening
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Draft and send candidate communications, including interview invitations, rejections, and status updates
  • Maintain recruiting documentation and applicant data in the ATS

Support onboarding and general HR administration.

  • Help coordinate new hire paperwork and internal onboarding communications
  • Assist with updates to job descriptions and recruitment collateral
  • Support accurate recordkeeping and HR file maintenance
  • Contribute to tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining hiring dashboards
  • Participate in internal communications, engagement efforts, and offboarding logistic

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn is a plus

The estimated hourly range for this role is $32.00 – $35.00 an hour. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily including the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
