Legence is seeking a Temporary HRIS Data Validation Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HRIS and payroll systems. You will validate demographics, employment, organizational, payroll, compensation and benefits data and partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders.
You will develop reconciliation processes, design validation reports and dashboards, monitor data quality metrics, and create exception reports to drive remediation and audit trails.

The HRIS Data Validation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data across multiple systems. This role performs data validation activities, identifies discrepancies, and partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity throughout the systems. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with HRIS and payroll systems, and a keen attention to detail. This role is critical to ensuring reliable employee records and compliance reporting.
Experience with Dayforce, Spectrum, or Sage is a plus
Currently match contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of eligible pay; immediate vesting.
