Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, CA, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public areas, and laundry in a respectful, safe environment. You will help uphold our mission by delivering clean, comfortable spaces for residents and staff.

Qualifications include prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, being at least 18, and a health screening with TB tests. We offer comprehensive benefits and an inclusive, caring team culture.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing and to wear PPE where required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and work areas and doing laundry for both the residents and the community in a friendly, courteous manner, in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and values.

• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
