Job summary

The Village of St. Edward is seeking a Spring-Cleaning Housekeeper for a temporary 3 to 4 month role, working 40 hours per week. This position involves cleaning resident apartments, wall washing, dusting, cleaning light fixtures, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping surfaces and tidying as assigned.

• 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. independently and over 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Possess the ability to bend, stoop and reach at different angles.
• May stand on feet for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident apartments including wall washing, dusting, cleaning light fixtures, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces.
• Provides general tidying of resident apartments and performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.
