Location: Aurora, Hastings, Kearney, Grand Island, Ravenna, Loup City, Ord, St. Paul, Fullerton, Central City, Greeley, York, Hebron, Osceola.
Pay Range: $19.50/hr - $19.51/hr, with potential promotion to $20.998/hr for CDL holders.
Type: Temporary, summer position until November 30, 2025.
Perform manual tasks to maintain highways, including mowing, debris cleanup, pavement repair, setting traffic controls, and equipment maintenance. Work may involve outdoor conditions and high-speed traffic environments.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and respond to highway emergencies within 45 minutes.
