Qualifications

  • AHA BLS certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate community outreach events.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client referrals.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Educate clients on the AFWC mission and available services.
  • Support Health Educators with biometric screenings.
  • Conduct basic health and biometric assessments.
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site, unit-level health promotion briefings using standardized presentations.
  • Manage center schedules using Microsoft Office Suite and military medical record systems.
  • Perform data entry for automated systems utilized by the medical treatment facility.
  • Assist the AFWC Director with equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
