Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a reliable grounds maintenance worker to trim and fertilize lawns, shrubs, and trees, maintain water gardens, and keep campus grounds clean. You will operate and service lawn care equipment and assist with winter snow and ice removal.

Strong communication, teamwork, and organization are essential. Four years of grounds keeping experience and proficiency with Office 365 help you succeed in a fast-paced campus maintenance role.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of grounds keeping and maintenance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines; attention to detail.
• Adaptable and able to learn quickly.
• Proficient with Office 365.

Responsibilities
