Job Summary:

The Grounds Maintenance or Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the landscape around our buildings. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, weeding, pressure washing, sweeping walkways, watering plants, and performing preventative maintenance on facilities. The ideal candidate has prior landscaping experience and is proficient with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping and grounds
• Mow lawns, trim weeds, rake leaves
• Prepare soil and maintain bedding
• Plant and care for flowers, bushes, and shrubs
• Perform preventative maintenance on facilities
• Clean pedestrian surfaces and walls
• Maintain power equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and gardening products
• Strong time management skills

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
