Job Summary

We are seeking Temporary Maintenance Staff and Laborers to help keep our properties in excellent condition. Responsibilities include using hand tools and small power equipment (like drills and saws) for basic repairs on doors, cabinets, plumbing, lighting, and fixtures, as well as general upkeep of buildings, grounds, and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in compliance with safety protocols.
• Use hand and air tools for repairs on buildings, furniture, appliances, and equipment.
• Assist the operations team, including moving furniture and equipment.
• Clean and maintain all property areas.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with construction, demolition, landscaping, and site preparation.
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
• Maintain work sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using ladders up to 14 ft.
• Familiarity with hand and air tools.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
