Temporary Full Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

Join us as a Temporary Full Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate at AHF.

Position Details:

• Shift: 1pm-9pm (2nd shift)
• Location: Loudon, TN
• Benefits: 401K

This role involves supporting production functions at the Distribution Center and assisting other department positions as needed. Attendance and adherence to scheduled hours are required. This is not a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload/load trucks, including TLS, LTL, CPU, and store orders, within designated times.
• Stock small pallets, manage trash, operate floor sweepers, and prepare materials for shipping.
• Perform offloading, restocking, pallet breakdown, and order picking with safety and accuracy.
• Transport materials to off-site warehouses and manage inventory through cycle counts, adjustments, and labeling.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and relabeling materials.
• Operate various warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, and proper PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including weighing tiles and supporting Laminam operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
• Availability for overtime and flexible shifts
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug, physical, and background checks

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Frequent physical activity including climbing, bending, standing, and lifting up to 100 pounds
• Work at heights and use of hand tools
• Ability to think analytically, make decisions, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
