Field Work – Help with planting, maintaining and harvesting wheat nurseries.

Seed Prep Work – Preparing wheat seed to be replanted.

Greenhouse work – Help with planting, making crosses, and harvesting wheat breeding nursery.

Help with the planting and harvesting of the wheat breeding nursery in North and South Georgia. Will also help with the upkeep of six greenhouses and preparing of seed to be replanted in field. Overnight trips and working 8 hours in the heat of the summer. Lift 30lbs.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position
High School graduate. Some college. Some experience working with field crops.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
Some experience working with field crops. Experience with seed cleaning and thrashing machines.
Physical Demands
Standing and working in summer heat. Lift 30lbs.
