Job summary

Lubbock Independent School District is seeking a Campus Interventionist to deliver Tier II and Tier III research-based interventions to small groups of students, collaborating with campus staff to uplift academic performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with appropriate teaching certification, plus preferably three years of teaching experience and familiarity with tiered interventions. This role is non-exempt and paid at $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and appropriate teaching certification.

• Experience with tiered intervention approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to individual and small groups of students to raise academic performance.
• Aid in assessment data collection and disaggregation to monitor progress of intervention.
• Aid in the implementation of the Three Tier Model of Instruction and Intervention.
• Provide instructional progress feedback to principals, teachers and parents.
• Participate in district required professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities And Duties
