Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a qualified registered nurse to join our team in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered nursing care, perform comprehensive assessments, plan care, implement treatments, and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordination across disciplines, discharge planning, EMR documentation, and appropriate delegation based on patient needs and scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RN license and a BSN (or higher) degree.
• Minimum nine months RN experience with one year ED experience or completion of a specialized internship.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale; within six months: PALS or ENPC.
• Strong computer skills and ability to perform accurate assessments, procedures, and emergency measures.

Responsible for comprehensive assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring coordination across disciplines and proper discharge planning. Utilizes protocols, documents accurately in EMR, and delegates appropriately based on patient needs and scope of practice.

Requirements

• Minimum nine months of RN experience and one year of ED experience or completion of a specialized internship.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and valid RN license.
• Necessary certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and within six months: Pediatric Advanced Life Support or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course.
• Strong computer skills and ability to perform accurate assessments, procedures, and emergency measures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience and a bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• Additional certifications such as CEN and TNCC preferred.
• Ability to recognize cardiac dysrhythmias and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
