Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team, using clinical judgment to diagnose and address health responses, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, including discharge planning and patient education.

The role requires at least nine months of RN experience, hospital inpatient, with ED experience preferred, and graduation from an accredited nursing program; licensure as RN in Oregon, plus BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke

Qualifications

  • Minimum nine months of RN experience, with at least one year in emergency department or completion of a related internship program.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Licenses and certifications: RN license (Oregon), BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale within specified timeframes, and pediatric life support certifications.
  • Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment: Conducts comprehensive multi-system assessments, identifies deviations, and reassesses throughout hospitalization.
  • Planning: Develops individualized care plans, coordinates care and discharge, delegates tasks appropriately, and establishes patient care priorities.
  • Implementation: Initiates management measures per protocols, documents care accurately, administers medications, and responds effectively in emergencies.
  • Evaluation: Reviews assessment methods, care plans, and patient responses, participating in quality assurance activities.
