Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Albany, GA is seeking a Temporary Driver to move vehicles between locations, ensuring vehicles are ready for customers and serviced per our standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of the location.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Temporary position up to 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations.
• Navigate and follow written directions to destinations.
• Drive locally or out of area as needed.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to destinations safely and courteously.
• May assist with vehicle paperwork and cleaning as needed.

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Temporary Driver. This position pays $11 / hour and is located at 5727 Newton Road Albany, GA 31707.

The Temporary driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

This is a temporary position and cannot exceed 90 days of service.

The schedule available is:

• Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• May be asked to clean vehicles
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available for Temporary work lasting a maximum of 90 days
