Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH regulations and privacy laws.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule patient visits and manage registration at the front desk.
• Provide information to patients and callers per policies; maintain phone coverage.
• Assist with billing codes and insurance information for third-party payers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure privacy of information.
• Process releases of information and comply with privacy regulations.
