Job summary

Endodontic Practice in Duncanville, TX is seeking a Temporary Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a limited-term role from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. You will assist the doctor in endodontic procedures, prepare rooms, and take radiographs to support a patient-centered experience.

The position requires an active RDA license, strong communication, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our patient-focused endodontic practice is seeking an enthusiastic team member to join us September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026 while one of our Assistant's is on Maternity Leave.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are ready for each procedure
• Take high-quality dental radiographs
• Deliver outstanding patient care while helping patients feel at ease
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols
• Support the clinical team to ensure an efficient, positive patient experience

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification
