Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional dental assisting experience.
• Valid, active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Texas.
• Absolute availability for the full 5-day schedule, including Friday and Saturday half-days.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide empathetic, clear chairside communication.
• Assist provider using four-handed dentistry during restorative and diagnostic procedures.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and manage setup/breakdown of operatory; maintain sterilization protocols.
• Document treatment notes, maintain clinical charts, and educate patients on dental health.
• Participate in morning huddles, lab coordination, and daily office opening/closing duties.

The Weekly Schedule

To support our growing patient base, candidates must be committed to the following consistent hours:

• Mon, Tue, Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fri & Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

How You Will Drive Our Practice Success

As a core member of our clinical staff, your daily contributions directly impact our patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency:

• Patient Experience: Alleviate dental anxiety by greeting patients warmly and providing empathetic, clear chairside communication.
• Clinical Assisting: Anticipate provider needs using efficient four-handed dentistry during restorative and diagnostic procedures.
• Operatory Management: Take high-quality digital X-rays, manage rapid setup/breakdown of rooms, and execute rigorous sterilization protocols.
• Charting & Compliance: Accurately document treatment notes, maintain clinical charts, and help educate patients on their dental health.
• Teamwork: Actively contribute to morning huddles, lab coordination, and daily office opening/closing duties.

Mandatory Candidate Qualifications

• Clinical Background: Minimum of 2 years of professional dental assisting experience (Required).
• Credentials: Valid, active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Texas.
• Schedule Commitment: Absolute availability for the full 5-day schedule, including Friday and Saturday half-days.
