Job summary

Kore Cares is hiring a temporary part-time daytime caregiver in the Yankton area. This role runs November 1 through December 31, with daytime shifts from ~7 or 8 AM to 4 or 5 PM. You will provide one-on-one in-home care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life. No experience is necessary—we will train you!

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Support ambulation and transfers with/without adaptive equipment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with housekeeping, transportation, and errands.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist feeding; kitchen cleanup.
• Offer companionship and social support.
• Follow all tasks in the client’s personalized care plan.
