LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide legal advice across multiple disciplines and to shape strategy, policy, and decision-making. You will develop templates, playbooks, and best practices to keep the business compliant and efficient.

The role requires clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and a proven ability to solve complex issues with minimal guidance.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar of a state in good standing.
• ~3+ years of law firm experience, with a demonstrated record of success handling complex legal and business issues independently.
• Ability to explain legal concepts, risks, and recommendations clearly to internal business partners, senior stakeholders, customers, and other external audiences.

As Corporate Counsel, you will provide legal advice and direction across multiple legal disciplines, applying your expertise to solve complex issues with minimal guidance. We are seeking someone with demonstrated success in a law firm environment who can serve as a trusted advisor, strategic business partner, and practical problem-solver for the business.

The role requires comfort explaining legal and business concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders, as well as developing templates, playbooks, and best practices that help the business operate efficiently and consistently.

If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $110,100 - $183,500.

If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,200.

If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $110,100 - $183,500.

If performed in New York, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,200.

If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $125,900 - $209,700.

If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $104,900 - $174,700.

If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $123,816 - $197,784.

If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $99,700 - $166,000.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
